Follow these steps to register for an Engineering Undergraduate distance course:

1. Undergraduate Admission
You must be admitted to the University or Arizona as a degree or non-degree student before you can take any courses for credit.
- Undergraduate students who have been admitted to the UA for the current semester or who took a class in the previous semester – go to Step 2.
- Not admitted? Download UA Undergraduate Non-degree Admission form.

- Mail the form to UA Distance Learning (see contact information, below) with your payment as indicated on the form. Do this as soon as possible. (Don ’t fax this form. Colleges require your original signature.) If you wish, you can mail in your registration, your certificate application (if applicable), and your payment along with the admission form.
2. Who can register on this web site?
Part-time distance students. (Students enrolling for 6 or fewer units in one semester.)
Register on this web site if you are enrolling for
i. Six or fewer units of web or video distance courses
ii. A combination of web/video courses PLUS one (but only one) on-campus course – for a total of 6 or fewer units.
Full-time students.
DO NOT REGISTER ON THIS SITE. If you wish to register for a distance course, call Distance Learning at 620-626-2079 or contact us at distance@email.arizona.edu for more information.
Definitions:
Full-time student: Any student enrolled for 7 or more units in a semester is considered a full-time student.

6. Register for Class
- Select a course from this semester’s Course List.
- Complete the Summer 2008 Engineering Undergraduate Registration Form.

- If you’re selecting the tuition payment plan, complete the UA Distance Learning Tuition Payment Plan Enrollment Form
and include it with your first payment.
- Mail or fax the form(s) together with your payment to UA Distance Learning (see contact information, below).
- If you are applying for admission to the UA, you can include these forms and payments with your registration materials. Remember - if you’re including your Undergraduate Non-degree Admission form with your original signature, you’ll have to mail the materials or bring them in to our office.
